Little Lea

I decided to write to Lati about her head not matching the rest of her, and have also decided to wait with her faceup until they answer me.
I took a look today to see if they had answered, they hadn’t but my post has been viewed 2 times so hopefully they are discussing what to do. I wrote this on flickr too, but I’m not expecting a miracle here. When I wrote them about my belle head not matching her headcap they wrote back about size being different because white and white sp share the same headback. When I wrote back saying there was nothing wrong with the size but resin not matching, they never replied.
It’s not something that’s bothering me insanely, and I don’t expect every doll to be 100% perfect, but I do expect the doll to be made with the same batch of resin. After kind replies on flickr about her I got the courage to actually write Lati. Normally I’m just a pushover, but this also has to do with resale value (not that I plan on selling her, but one never knows what the future holds) and I’d like to at least hear what they have to say. If it was only her headcap like with my Belle it could be covered up with a wig so that’s not too bad after all, but her entire head, thats another issue 😛
Crossing my fingers they reply soon, having a blank head in the house makes my hands itch!

  1. You think they might not answer you or replace the problem part? 🙁 That’s frustrating. I hope they do something to remedy the situation. One never plans to sell a doll when they get it, but you are so right about the re-sell value. I’ll be crossing my fingers for good news for you with Lea’s problem resin color!

    1. Lati doesn’t reply to q&a every day, so I knew it could take a while before they replied, not to mention they are swamped with questions right now because of the bat children release. They did finally reply to me and to my great surprise they want me to ship her back so they can give me a completely new doll!
