I actually just got the sweetest reply from Pipos today, regarding the asymmetrical faceup.
They are sending me a new head with faceup with my mint ringo order, as well as a new certificate for the eyes!
Honestly I never expected such a wonderful reply, I almost teared up while reading.
I feel so much better now, Pipos have had a special place in my heart for so long and I had never experienced anything like this with them before, so it is good to know that in addition to having beautiful dolls, they have wonderful customer service as well!
Now all I have to do is wait for my mint kitten to bring home the proper head of my sleepy girl!
