Should I bother Fairyland about this?

As mentioned, Lexi has some issues. I already know Fairyland can’t be bothered about the wobbly neck syndrome, I just thought I’d slap the photo up here anyway, in case anyone has the same issue and wonders if it’s normal or not. It is, unfortunately, normal.
