Shoes!

I made these yesterday, with cardboard, fabric and a buttload of glue.
They are FAR from perfect, lol ^^ But I enjoyed making them and really want to make more with better supplies in the future.

Second dress

I think the wig is really nice on her too

I finished it a while ago, and I really messed up in the back. I need to find a way of closing it that’ll make it tighter around her chest, but for now I’m happy.

I know, like I said the fabric may not have been the right choice for her, but she looks so proud with her first actual fitting piece of clothing 🙂
I’m adding a photo of the work in progress dress too, we’re getting close to finishing the top 🙂

The room, not finished!

I changed the floor from brown to white, painted the pink part on the wall, weaved the pink carpet, painted the chair thingy… It still needs some work here and there, but I’m learning so much from this project, I can’t wait to make one in wood some day <3

Socks and lips

I made socks yesterday. Pattern is still a work in progress, not a perfect fit but does the job of keeping her feet warm 🙂 Also, finally photos of her upgraded lips ;P More color.

Fun things :D

My birthday is coming up (this monday) and since I’m home I’ll be celebrating early with my family.
Mom made some absolutely beautiful christmas stockings for my dolls, that I got yesterday. Since my lil Ante is the only one traveling with me she got first pick 😉 Mom said that the one with the bear was probably the cutest with her, so I put it beside her. I decided to see if the one with the snowman on it would look better with her, so I grabbed the teddy one, but to my surprise she was clinging to it by dear life! Lol, I seriously couldn’t get it off her, and mom was all like “she chose that one, can’t you see?!” ;D
So my little one has chosen this for her stocking:

I’ll show the other stockings closer to christmas 😉

Christmas and pants

Yaaay!
I ordered another LTF sized christmas present today 😀 I’m afraid that I wont be able to get as much as I had planned, but I know that we’ll have a wonderful Christmas no matter what 🙂
Aaand.. I finally did some sewing! And it completely failed!
The legs are fine, but a little bit tight. The biggest problem is the top part. Its HUGE. And I mean grandma-huge, and baggy. And on top of that, she can’t sit if she’s wearing them.
But she can wear them if she has a long sweater over, to hide the ugly parts ^^
Even if I failed a bit (or misread the pattern, I don’t know) it did feel good to sew a little again.
