I’m so tired of this. Every single package I get, the customs opens it. There’s this sticker they put on to show it’s been opened, and there are 3 boxes with alternatives to be ticked off, showing the reason they decided to open it. Not once have they actually ticked off any of the alternatives. I know customs have every right to open things, but every single time? And never telling why? It bothers me because not only does it take longer for my packages to arrive, they don’t always wrap things as good, which is always a worry with shipping dolls..
Anyway, I was still excited to open up my new little one. But I have to admit I got a small shock when I saw her. She was very filthy, I doubt she’s been cleaned a single time and I know she’s had at least two owners before me, and it was said she was from 2009, that’s quite a few years and I think she’s been heavily played with.
But dirt can always be washed off, I guess I’m the only one who at least rubs the dolls with a magic eraser before shipping them off to new owners ;P The next surprise came when I noticed her head “moves” differently from my other pukifees, at first I thought she might be glue sueded or something in her neck. Well, I pulled at her head, and the nastiest piece of string ever looked back at me. It’s gray! It’s still white elsewhere on her as far as I can tell, but eew! And there was some goo that came out as well, I don’t even want to know what it was.
Next “issue” was that her faceplate is really loose, which isn’t uncommon with PKF unfortunately, my Luna is like that as well, but I found that the magnets FL sends with were sort of glued to the other magnets in her head? The ones for ears and stuff like that? 😛 I didn’t even see them to begin with, and it took a bit of strength to get them out.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I love her weird hands! Her right hand is the default, but her left is from a completely different set! Actually, it’s the same combo I’m using on Litja ;D
So, underneath all that dirt and chipped faceup was this darling little thing. The only thing that worries me now is that dirty elastic, I reeally don’t want to restring her :S But look at her though, isn’t she adorable?
I can’t wait to find out more about who she is, and see how she’ll look with a faceup 😀 Conclusion; I’m happy <3
