Face!

I’m not 100% sure this will be her face for ever, as usual 😛 But for now she looks fine and is happy to have a bit of color :3

Time to send you home little darling

I’ve been working on this face-up for… for ever. I feel so bad for her mommy, I’m so grateful that she was so patient with me. I had to remove the whole thing once, and was getting a bit frustrated.
But the hard part is, when you work on a doll for so long, you start to bond a little with her 😛 And seing the blank face get color and life, it’s hard even if you get it done quick. I’m going to miss her. She has the cutest eye-mod and modded elf ears. So adorable 🙂

I changed my mind :P

I was going to get Lusis ready to go to Caroline for a new face-up!
But I got this weird feeling in my stomach, and I just couldn’t do it. She means so much to me and if she got lost in the mail or something I would probably die. And I think I’m not quite ready to give up on giving her a face-up myself yet. Since she is my grail, it would be really awesome if I could do it myself.
But I wasn’t going to let my slot with Caroline slip away! I decided to ask if I could send Alva instead 🙂 Poor thing has been neglected for a little while, and since Story just got her face done it was only fair, and I really think Caroline is going to work magic on her 🙂
So, Alva is on her way, yaaay 😀 According to Caroline’s website, she can take 1-2 months to do a head, so she’ll be gone for some time. I miss her already, but somehow I think this break will be good for us 🙂 I can’t wait to see how she turns out. I bet she’ll put all my face-ups to shame, lol ^^

Superquick new face

Okay.. I did her face. And… I LOVE HER! She is so soft and cute and cuddly now <3
I did really like the default face-up too, but with the MSC rub and the perfume smell I knew it wouldn’t stay long. Now she is more pink than any of my other dolls, who would have known it was even possible?
I added a tiiiny bit of shimmer on her eyelids, as well as her lips. I hope you will love her as much as I do 😀

I wiped Luna yesterday 😛
I was starting to wipe a head I’m commissioned to do a face-up on, and it was taking for ever. So suddenly I had removed Luna’s face too!
It’s actually going really well, but I know I’ll mess up when it’s time for eyelashes… they need to be so tiny and perfect, and I don’t know how I’ll manage it. Worst case scenario, I’ll ship her off somewhere else to get a perfect face 😛
It’s really hard doing face-ups on tiny faces. I think my preferred size is MSD, and I can kind of get away with YOSD as well, but I think maybe SD would be hard for me and like I said, tinies.
Hopefully I’ll have photos to show later, I’m sooo scared of doing her lashes :S
